Terms of Service

1. Booking and acceptance

• Availability. Tour schedules, dates, and routes are subject to change due to local conditions, operational constraints, and safety considerations.
• Confirmation. A booking is confirmed when we provide a booking confirmation (by email or within your account, if applicable).
• Provider information. For electronic commerce to customers in Ukraine, we provide stable access on this site to the required provider-identification information, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII.

2. Distance ordering and consumer information

If you order tour services at a distance (online booking/checkout), the landing page presents required consumer-information elements in the official language before you are bound to the distance contract, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII.

3. Schedule changes, limitations, and safety

• We may change departure times, routes, meeting points, and program elements due to weather, force majeure, traffic/transport disruptions, local restrictions, or safety updates.
• If changes significantly affect the agreed program, we will attempt to offer an equivalent alternative where feasible.
• We may refuse or discontinue participation if a participant’s behavior threatens safety, violates group rules, or materially disrupts the tour.

4. Cancellation and changes by you

Cancellation and change terms are provided on the tour’s booking page and confirmation materials for the specific itinerary. Unless otherwise stated there, changes are subject to availability and may require an additional payment if the new tour price is higher.

5. Cancellation and changes by us

• We may cancel a tour if minimum participation requirements are not met or if continued operation becomes impracticable due to safety or operational reasons.
• In the event of cancellation, we will offer a refund or an alternative tour, depending on the specific tour conditions shown at booking.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Ukrainian consumer protection law.

6. Personal data and cookies

If this site uses cookies/trackers and processes personal data (for example, analytics/remarketing), we provide information about such processing in our Privacy Notice and use cookie consent mechanisms to support valid consent where required, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" № 2297-VI.

7. Commercial information language for customers

Commercial information for customers in Ukraine (including information about goods/services on this website) is provided in Ukrainian at least to the mandatory scope required by Ukrainian language law, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII.
